The Europe-Georgia Institute presented a new interactive game – “Electionville” to the students of Chibati Public School. “Electionville” is an educational game, where participants assume the role of the City Council (Sakrebulo) members and engage in decision-making simulation. Students discuss important problems of their communities as well as present their opinions based on specific arguments, create political alliances and achieve consensus for final decision during the game. “Electionville” helps students to easily comprehend issues of local governance and gain deep understanding of the decision-making processes in City Council (Sakrebulo). Special thanks to the administration of Chibati Public School and the Civic Education teacher – Lado Apkhazava. Original game created by the Swedish Institute and published with support from the Embassy of Sweden in Tbilisi. Funded through the Alumni Grants Program, US Embassy Tbilisi.
