On the 6th of September Europe-Georgia Institute joined EaP CSF Georgian National Platform.
Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum Georgian National Platform is the biggest network of the Civil Society organizations in Georgia.
On the 7th of May, 2009 the EU provided 6 countries of Eastern Europe (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine) with the new platform of cooperation – Eastern Partnership.
Soon the European Commission initiated and created Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum. The forum consists of the representatives of CSOs from the corresponding countries, from the EU and other International Non-Governmental organizations.
In each of the EaP countries there are National Platforms, which aims to ensure the coordination of work of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum in the member states.
